Sie finden uns im schönen Düsseldorf-Kaiserswerth. Für alle, die mit dem Auto kommen, haben wir freie Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür. Mit der U-Bahn die Haltestelle U79-Kittelbachstraße nehmen und dann sind es nur noch 4 Min. zu Fuß bis zu uns. Unter Google-Maps "Dimensione Tango" finden Sie die genaue Beschreibung.

Jeden Monat treffen neue Modelle ein und wir bieten viele Artikel in unterschiedlichen Farben an. Unser Label "DIMENSIONE TANGO"  ist Made in Germany und viele Teile werden in sehr kleinen Serien produziert, um die Einzigartigkeit zu unterstreichen. Wir setzen fliessende hochwertige elastische Materialien ein, die sich auf der Haut schön anfühlen und meistens aus Italien stammen, zum Beispiel wie Silky Microfaser in Pes/Ea, Stretch-Satin in Pes/Ea, Shiny Stretch-Viskose in Vi/Ea, elastische Spitze und reine Seide. Wir achten darauf, dass alle Materialen möglichst immer easy care sind, d.h. Hand- oder Maschinenwäsche zu Hause und nicht Reinigung.

  • Online Bestellungen

Sie können alle unsere Artikel auch Online per Email oder telefonisch bestellen. Bei DIMENSIONE TANGO gibt es keine Mindestbestellung! Nach Eingang Ihrer Bestellung bekommen Sie eine Auftragsbestätigung bzw. eine Rechnung, die Ihre Bestellung in allen Details bestätigt.

  • Sollten Sie Ihre Online-Bestellung oder ein Teil davon retournieren wollen, so beachten Sie bitte alle Details bzw. Modalitäten und die Retoureanschrift auf dem Formular "Wichtige Kundeninformationen", das Ihrer Sendung beigefügt wird. Für die Erstatttung des Betrags bitten wir um Angabe Ihrer Kontodaten.

    • Zahlung

    In unserem Tango Store oder auf den Verkaufsveranstaltungen auf Milongas oder Festivals können Sie bar oder bequem mit der EC-Karte bezahlen. Bei Online-Bestellungen bitten wir um Vorkasse. Nach Eingang des Betrags werden die bestellten Artikel an Sie versendet. Artikel die nicht sofort lieferbar sind und einen  späteren Liefertermin haben, müssen ebenso per Vorkasse bezahlt werden. Nach Eingang der Zahlung wird Ihre Bestellung als fest betrachtet und in Produktion gegeben; Sie erhalten die Ware laut bestätigtem Liefertermin auf der Auftragsbestätigung bzw. Rechnung.

  • You find us in the wonderful Düsseldorf-Kaiserswerth. For everyone who comes by car we have free car park just in front of our shop. For the ones who come by underground: Just take the underground stop U79 “Kittelbachstraße” and you will reach our shop in just 4 minutes by feet. Just look at “Dimensione Tango” at Google Maps to find a description in detail.

      We are opened as following:
  • Tuesday till Thursday 02:00 – 05:00 h pm & Friday 02:00 – 04:00 h pm

  • On Saturdays or outside opening times you can always arrange an appointment to visit our shop – just call us in advance or send us an e-mail!

    • We also sell outside our shop at milongas and tango-festivals – you find all dates under “News".

    •  Our materials

    Every month we get new styles and we offer many articles in different colors. Our label “DIMENSIONE TANGO” is Made in Germany and many articles are produced only in small serials to stress the uniqueness. We use very soft, flowing and elastic high-quality materials, which feel wonderfully silky and smooth on the skin. These materials mostly come from Italy, for example Silky Microfiber in Pes/Ea, Stretch Satin in Pes/Ea, Shiny Stretch Viscose in Vi/Ea, elastic lace and pure silk. We pay very much attention to the fabrics, most of all being easy care, that means that you can hand wash them or wash them in the washing machine at home, not necessary dry cleaning.

    • Online Order

    You can order all our articles also online via e-mail or by phone. DIMENSIONE TANGO has no minimum order! After receiving your order, we send out an order confirm or rather an invoice, which confirms your order in all details.

    We deliver with DHL and all parcel are sent with a trucking-number. For deliveries outside of above mentioned states please ask us for shipment costs.

    • Returns

    If you would like to return your online order or a part of it, please pay attention to all details, modalities and to the return-address on the form “important information”, which is added to the delivery. For refund we ask you to indicate your bank details.

    • Payment

    In the shop or at the selling events on milongas or festivals you can pay either cash or with EC-Cash card. For online orders we ask you kindly to pay in advance. After receiving the payment we ship the ordered articles. Articles that cannot be immediately shipped or have a later delivery date must be paid also in advance. After receiving the payment, the order is fixed and the articles get commissioned; you get the articles on confirmed delivery date, which you find on the order confirm or on the invoice.
